Dean Keating: AI Agents and AI Automation for Eastleigh Businesses

Who he is

Dean Keating runs a done-for-you AI service for businesses. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, between Petersfield and Portsmouth, in the same county as Eastleigh. He is not an Eastleigh firm and has no office in the town. His website says he works with businesses right across the UK and that the build and install are done remotely.

He is also the publisher of Eastleigh.co, the site you are reading. That is why this article is labelled as being about our own business, and why he is not ranked against anyone on this site.

What he does

Installs AI agents. An AI agent logs into the tools a business already uses and does a job from start to finish. His website lists the work: replying to new enquiries, following up leads, sending quotes and chasing the unanswered ones, booking jobs into a diary, answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp, raising invoices, chasing late payments, copying details between systems and pulling the weekly report together.

Does it for you. The service is described as hands-on: he builds the agents, installs them on your systems and shows your team how they run. It is not software you are left to work out.

Websites and SEO. He also builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO. His main site, deankeating.com, has the details.

How it works

His website sets out four steps: a free call about how the business runs, an audit of the repetitive work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. He starts with the single task that would make the most difference.

What it costs

There is no published price list. His website says the cost depends on how much is automated, and that he gives a straight price after the free call, with no obligation to go ahead. It also says you leave that call with a plan you can use with or without him.

What his website says about him

These statements come from his own website. He is a Shopify 10K Award winner, has more than ten years in marketing and has driven more than a million orders through Meta ads. Before marketing he spent five years as a professional stand-up comedian.

He has no rated Google business listing, so there is no review score to show here.

Working with a Eastleigh business

Everything is set up remotely, inside the tools you already use, so a business in Eastleigh, Chandler's Ford, Hedge End or anywhere else in Hampshire is dealt with in the same way as one next door to him. His website also says that in Hampshire or nearby he can come to you in person, and Eastleigh is in Hampshire. If meeting face to face matters to you, ask on the first call.

How to compare

Speak to more than one provider. Read how to choose an AI consultant in Eastleigh for the questions to ask, and AI agents for small businesses in Eastleigh for the jobs worth looking at first.
